Need to deliver improved results - fast?

Demand Driven Sales and Operations Planning Experience TM

Specifically designed for executive or senior management (CEO, COO, CFO, VPs, Directors and Managers) who need to make informed decisions about investing in improvement projects and personnel from functional departments required to support a DDMRP implementation (Finance, Accounting, HR, Engineering, Logistics). The workshop provides a results-driven yet broad and practical experience of implementing DDMRP in a simulated real-world environment.

Presented with familiar and typical business constraints and challenges, participants in teams of four go through a Demand Driven S&OP process to implement DDMRP. Given a seemingly impossible mandate the teams discover the power and impact of DDMRP buffers. First, to rescue the business, by strategically positioned buffers to protect the flow, using only fundamental Demand Driven buffer rules. Second, to meet the higher performance targets set by an increasingly difficult mandate through the implementation of a Demand Driven Operating Model. And third, by adapting the model and making additional improvements using a Demand Driven S&OP process.

This walk-through of a demand driven implementation participants will allow participants to:

  • make an informed decision about sponsoring a DDMRP implementation project,
  • support their DDPPTM and DDLPTM certified project leads during a DDMRP implementation.
